The following is a guide to the sort of work that I can offer you, but is not limited to.  Please ask if you have something you want help with but is not necessarily listed here. 

Please telephone for prices which can be negotiated in packages of regular hours or for a specific project.  Travel expenses and on-site work where applicable are priced separately.  For terms and conditions, see TERMS.

Looking after the regular needs of the home ensuring the property is kept in good running order, including:

Reviewing insurance cover,

Researching best quotations for utilities, etc.,

Researching best prices linked to best service,

Gathering building repairs quotations and liaison with contractors, scheduling and overview.

Antiques and Inventory Management

Antiques and fine art portfolio management for wills, insurance and valuations preparation,

Cataloguing, inventories building, shipping and logistics,

Restoration administration,

Storage organisation.

*Note: I am not an antiques or fine art expert and offer listing only.  Valuations must be undertaken by qualified experts, however, I can help you find these, together with people qualified to restore items.  I also know first class specialist shipping and moving companies.

Minute-taking, Organising meetings,

Research and report writing,
